20 Yards Dumspter Rental
18' L x 8' W X 4' H
Our 20-yard roll-off dumpsters are ideal for garage cleanouts, home renovation projects, and medium-sized cleanups. With a height of just 4 feet, they make it easy to load large items like appliances and furniture over the side walls.

Dimensions:
The approximate dimensions of our 20-yard dumpster are 18 feet long by 8 feet wide by 4 feet high. While these dumpsters typically fit in a standard residential driveway, it's essential to ensure sufficient street access. Keep in mind that our delivery trucks are similar in size to cement mixers and require ample space for delivery and pickup. If you're unsure whether your site has adequate access, please reach out to Ecodiamond Roll Off Solution for guidance.

Acceptable Waste Materials:
Our 20-yard dumpsters are suitable for non-hazardous construction and demolition (C&D) materials, including wood, metal, plastic, drywall, green waste, cardboard, and household items such as furniture and appliances. In small quantities, inert materials like concrete, dirt, sand, and brick can also be placed in these dumpsters. However, please note that overfilling with heavy materials can lead to an overweight situation, which is both extreme and unlawful. To avoid this, we recommend discussing your specific project needs with our team before selecting a dumpster size.

Weight Limits:
The maximum legal road weight limit for our 20-yard dumpsters is 12 tons (24,000 pounds). If the weight exceeds this limit, we may need to refuse service, resulting in a "Trip Charge" and possibly an additional "Overweight Fee." Please refer to the stickers on the dumpster for proper loading instructions or visit our Dumpster Tips page for more detailed guidance.
Rental Period:
We offer flexible rental periods, typically ranging from 3 to 7 days, depending on demand.

Street Use Permit:
If you plan to place a dumpster on a public street or right-of-way, you may need to obtain a street use permit. The requirements for this permit vary by city, so we advise contacting your local municipality or our office for specific details.
