Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions

• Filling the Dumpster:
  All materials must be placed fully within the dumpster, and contents cannot exceed the top edge. Ecodiamond Roll Off Solution reserves the right to refuse service if the dumpster is overfilled or exceeds the designated weight limit. Ensure materials are evenly distributed to prevent tipping or shifting.

• Excess Weight Charges:
  If the weight of the materials exceeds the agreed tonnage allowance, an additional prorated fee per ton will be applied. Under no circumstances should the total weight exceed 12 tons. If this limit is surpassed, an "excessive weight" surcharge will be applied in addition to the original terms.

• Access to the Dumpster:
  The customer must provide clear access to the dumpster for loading and unloading. If our team is unable to perform service due to access issues or if our driver is required to wait more than 20 minutes, a fee of $95.00 per hour may be charged, along with a possible "trip charge."

• Prohibited Materials:
  Ecodiamond Roll Off Solution does not accept hazardous waste, including but not limited to: liquid or food waste, antifreeze, asbestos, batteries, chemical products, dead animals, flammable materials, fluorescent tubes, herbicides, pesticides, medical waste, motor oil, transmission/hydraulic oil, contaminated oils, oil filters, other flammable liquids, paint, partially filled aerosol cans, petroleum-contaminated soil, lead paint chips, propane tanks, radioactive material, railroad ties, refrigeration appliances, sealed barrels, cylinders or tanks, solvents, tires, treated lumber, weapons, or any other toxic waste as defined by local, state, or federal regulations.

• Inert Materials Only:  Our 10-yard "low boy" dumpsters are designated strictly for inert materials such as asphalt, brick, block, concrete, dirt, rock, sand, stucco (without wire), ceramic tile, etc. The inclusion of non-inert materials (e.g., glass, metal, plastic, trash, or wood) may result in the load being classified as "contaminated." If contamination occurs, a charge ranging from $75.00 to $300.00 may be assessed based on severity.

• Customer Responsibility:
  The customer assumes full responsibility for the contents placed in the dumpster. Ecodiamond Roll Off Solution is not liable for any damages that may occur to the customer’s property during service if instructions were provided by the customer or their representatives.

• Damage to Dumpster:
  If the dumpster is damaged while in the customer’s care—whether by the customer, their agents, or third parties—the customer agrees to cover the cost of repairs. This includes severe damage such as graffiti.

• Payment Terms:
  All payments are due upon receipt of services unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. If payment terms are extended, the due date is based on the invoice date. A finance charge of 12% per annum will be applied to any past-due balances beyond the agreed terms.

• Collection Fees:
  In the event of default, or if the account is placed with a collection agency, the customer agrees to pay any reasonable attorney’s fees, collection agency fees, court costs, and other miscellaneous collection costs.
